Helpful Information

When will I receive my tickets?

You’ll receive your tickets by email. This is delivered separately to your order confirmation email and is sent to the lead booker.

Usually you’ll receive your tickets straight away.

Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service.

Please check your junk/spam mail. If you don’t have your eTickets 48 hours before the event, please Submit a Request via the ATG Help Centre and a member of our team will be in touch to help.

Can I refund my tickets?

All tickets purchased are non-refundable. You can protect your tickets by opting into the SecureMyBooking ticket refund program. Read more details about Ticket Protection here: Ticket Protection

Age recommendation is 12+

Are group bookings available?

If your party is over 9 people, please enquire via ATG’s Groups Department (020 7206 1174).

Can I buy tickets in person?

Yes you can buy tickets in person from the box office. You’ll find our ticket desk by the main entrance in the ground floor foyer.

When are the access performances?

Audio Described – Wednesday 13th August 7.30pm 
BSL & Captioned – Wednesday 6th August 7.30pm

Does the theatre have access seating and how do I book access tickets?

The theatre does provide seating for users with access needs. See our Accessibility information to learn more.

Can I take food and drink into the theatre?

No outside food or drink is permitted in the theatre.

What is the latecomer policy?

Latecomers will be permitted at a suitable gap in the performance.
