Helpful Information

When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive confirmation of your purchase straight away. Your e-ticket will be sent out two weeks prior to the performance.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Tickets are non-refundable as standard. If you booked your ticket via this website or ATG Tickets an exchange might be possible, subject to availability and an exchange fee. Please note exchanges must take place at least 48 hours before the start of the performance. Click here for more information.

How long is the performance?

What is the minimum age recommendation?

We recommend age 12+

When are the access performances?

In Glasgow the Captioned performance is on 17 September 19:30, BSL is on 24 September 19:30 and the Audio Described Performance is on 25 September 19:30.

In Manchester the BSL performance is on 16 October 19:30, Audio Described is on 23 October 19:30 and the Captioned performance is on 30 October 19:30.
